WILL LEVIS

As a 3 Star recruit LEVIS came out of no where in 2021 and impressed with his physical strength and arm talent. He is a threat to run the ball and truck defenders with his big frame. Picking up easy ground yardage for more manageable 3rd down conversions. Good footwork in the pocket with a quick release. Needs to stay more calm and and set his body for more accurate throws. In addition to putting more touch on short and intermediate throws at times, often tries to laser the ball in – and will result in tipped INT’s. 

Screens and check downs at a high rate – but is mostly a result of going against higher level of competition. Kentucky has to get more creative when going against a team like Georgia for example. 

WILL LEVIS has a really impressive skill set and has shown all of the tools needed to be successful in the NFL. His weaknesses are not crippling or unfixable by any means. He has a lot of potential if he can slow down the game mentally and clean up some of the decision making. I could understand spending a 1st round pick on his talent if the right ground work is in place.
